Default Why is the market place such a hassle??

Why do I need to list a price if I'm only interested in trading? Why can't I list my ad in multiple categories if it pertains to them? ie: wanting to trade quad and heli for foamie... This ad would interest multirotor, heli, and foamie guys.
Why is there no foamie section or just electric section? You guys should take some ques from Rcgroups, guess that's why I've never had an account here before...

You must post a reasonable Asking Price that reflects the value of the item you wish to trade so that others know up front the value of trade items to offer. If you post an ad with a $2.00 price, then you're going to get ridiculous offers in return.

You can post your ad in multiple categories, up to 2. The first category is free. The second category will cost you $3.00. But, you must do this through one ad. Multiple ads are not permitted.

FWIW, we DO have electric categories. Look at the category trees and you will see this. Additionally, RCUniverse has had electric categories LONGER than RCG or any other hobby site. Believe it or not but RCG has copied more from this site than they ever came up with on their own.

I haven't received any ridiculous offers, nor have I received any on RCG with listing no price at all. I'm glad they didn't copy how the classifieds are ran, I'll stay over there.

Oh, and it's free to post in as many catergories as I'd like.

You're lucky then.

Enjoy RCG, it sounds like they are a good match for you, and vice versa.
