RC Market Invoice Help. Please.
I sold an item in the RC Market.
I sent the invoice to the customer (or so I thought I did)
He said he never received it.
How do I resend it? I have been unable to locate the invoice and resend.
When I click on the 'offers' link it shows item as sold and no links to invoice?
This is not a good system. It should not be this hard to find.
Any help appreciated.

Go to the My Ads page in the My Market area of the marketplace. Hover your cursor over the "Bill" icon then click "Send New Invoice".
Note, if the buyer is using Yahoo or AOL email service, they may never receive the invoice. This is because Yahoo and AOL are erroneously blocking RCUniverse.com email addresses as spam even though we have contacted them and proven time and time again that this side does not send spam. If the buyer is using another email service, the problem is most likely their spam filter is intercepting the message. In that case, the email should be located in the spam folder of their email client.
