Are you keeping the sellers name private?

Did you pay Friends and Family?

No, I am trying to contact him first and since another day has gone by ask Paypal to step in and refund my money or whatever they do.
After I get a clear the refund is made or explanation from him, I will report and identify his name, trying to be fair, just in case something happened or a real good reason for not answering or shipping the item.

Yea, there's a swath of the state that they said could be off the grid for at least a couple of weeks. What city? PM me if you feel its private.

I looked it up and he is right in the middle of the state where it hit hard. He and his are probably without water and electricity, if they stayed there. So I emailed him to let him know we are praying they are ok and understand he may be in a mess.
