Now if my luck would just improve...
I know the feeling...low pair, high card, high card, low pair, high card, high card, high card...

Geez, you all are driving me nuts!!

Once in a while I have one of those sessions where nothing I do can miss. Full house, flush, flush, full house, 3 of a kind.....

Those are FUN!

Just wanted to say thanks RCU, and everyone who made it work, for a great game where we can all play and actually have aspirations of possibly winning something... You guys rock!

If you browse away from the table, that can happen. It's our fraud watch software at work. I can credit you plays. Just let me know how many.

Hello krossk

Can you please tell me where you placed in the DEC game, and what was the prize? I thought I placed 2nd and was offered a magazine subscription!

Dankeschön

Irv,

I ended up placing 3rd and got the platinum RCU membership.
I think they withdrew the original 1st place prize and bumped the AFP package up to the winner.
That's OK with me since I don't care much for the mag that I thought I was going to get[:'(].
But I'd be really bummed if I were in your shoes.

Ross

Thanks for the speedy reply.
The answer I got from RCU was that Dec had more sponsors, so 2nd prize
was Aerofly, in Jan Aerofly is 1st prize. I still have not recieved a reply from
RCU stating otherwise.

That doesn't seem to match up with what's posted here: [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/prizewinners.cfm]Prize Winners[/link]

The message from RCU that I received matches what they have listed.

Hi all.
I was curious as to why the top 4 people had over 1000 points already, and all of them had signed up just today. I did a test and called a friend to have him sign up to see what happens. Apparently all new sign ups start with 1000 points while the rest start with 100. I had the same thing when I signed up in the middle of October but didn't think anything of it.
I thought I'd let someone know this. Thanks for listening.

It is pretty strange to have somebody averaging 41 points per hand, isn't it?

I just want to say thanks for the game......tho it stinks that my wife is "whupin'" me bad!!! Just wondered if anyone else has noticed that the random generator used to deal unique hands sometimes goes on the fritz..... began playing this evening, drew a 10, 8, 5, J and 3... kept the J and 10, hit deal and got another 10, plus a 6 and 7, low pair...no biggie, till I hit deal again for the next hand. Surprise!! EXACT same hand as the first....so I kept the same cards..........yep, you guessed it, got the same 10, 6 and 7!!! Same suits as before! Maybe someone needs to check the oil in the generator........ reminds me of the movie "Groundhog Day"!!
