Default Marketplace problem

I have been trying to post a classified ad for a week now and every time I try the first page says I owe $2.95 to my account because of a previous classified so I paypal $20.00 and it still says I owe and will not let me post. I have e-mailed Mark? and have got no response. Can someone tell me what to do. Can I e-mail someone else? Call someone? Any help appreciated. Thanks... Bob

Bob,
Sorry for the delay. Every now and then Paypal fails to post payments made back to member accounts. Your account has been updated to reflect your deposits.

Thank you for your support of RCUniverse.com.

You can view your entire billing history using the Accounting tab within the My Market area of the marketplace. There you will find the details for which ads you were charged for. The ad enhancements schedule is posted on Step 5 of the ad creation tool.

I fail to see why I am charged an insertion fee when I was advised by your own staff to classify the ad in a differanrt location. Not to have an extra location attached to my ad. On the issue of the .20 for an ad enhancement I do not see the enhancement and did not want that in the first place. I Do not see why the total comes out to $6.20 on my Visa even if it was my fault which it was not. I am not trying to nit pick however am just trying to take care of business. Please credit my account back to my Visa for $6.20. Thank you for the help.

The fees you were charged can be detailed as follows
12/12/2008 Ad 463155 Scrap Box Scratch Built - Second category $3.00
12/12/2008 Ad 463535 Great Planes Ryan STA - additional photos $.20
12/13/2008 Ad 462570 Great Planes AT-6 Texan - 40 - Second category $3.00

Please note that no one has said anything is your fault. However, the notice that a second category costs $3.00 is posted very clearly in the ad creation tool as is the notice that additional photos carry a fee. And, all fees are clearly detailed at the bottom of Step 5 of the ad creation tool for your review prior to you submitting the ad.

I see you have removed the second category from ad # 463155
Ad # 463535 has already sold
Ad # 462570 still has the second category listed in it.

I can credit you back $3.00 for the first ad, but the others are still valid charges to your account.

Please be sure to fully review your ads prior to submitting them. There should not be any surprises on your account when it comes to fees.

I thank you for your help and your consideration but if you would go to mt Item #462570 you will see in the remarks section that I tried to correct the problem without success. I don't want argue over trivial matters and I will live with the charges. Thank you

Default RE: Marketplace problem

Hello,

I hope you can help me. I am having a problem with SELLER: dominiquecockers

I have a Turbo Featured ad running for my servos.
http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=463781

SELLER: dominiquecockers took an ad out right below mine to sell his own servos.
http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=464874

Problem is he is trashing my servos claiming his servos are the same as the ones in am selling, and that my servos are way over priced.
He has no basis or fact that his servo is the same as mine but he continues to drive sales away from me by the crap he is spewing.
I pay good money too place my ad on RCU and feel i should not be harassed in this way.

Could you please see what you can do about this.

Thank You For Your Time
