Default Ask Seller a Question...... Problem

There has been an error. You must input a "From" email address (unless you are properly logged in). You may need to log out and back in again for this to work. Click the "My Account" button atop any page and check your email address.

I got this error message above twice while using the "Ask Seller a Question Form" when submitted. email addy was entered in from field...

Also the Seller did get the Message although it said Error. Just an FYI

Well Just to put more Chocolate on the Ice Cream, when I tried to send another ad to a friend using the "Tell a Friend" link,
I rcv'd this (see pic) even though the e-mail was correct and also tried to send to myself with same error.

Thanks, Dan

Please try to post a question or send the ad to a friend again. If the problem continues, scroll to the bottom of the page and highlight the invisible text in the lower left hand corner. You will see something like this: 0.563RCU2

Post what you see here as it will point us to the correct server to try and find the problem.

John thanks,
The Ask" error was on RCU3 and the Send to a Friend window did not have a "invisable text".
I just sent another ad to a friend and that worked ok this time, Thanks

I have our site admin taking a look at server #3. We should have this resolved as quickly a possible.

Are you also on RCU3 when you highlight the invisible text at the bottom left hand corner of the screen?
