What is the correct way to :
I made an offer thru the market system using "Make Offer" which is Pending still.
The ad has since expired and the seller never officially accepted the offer, however I did pay for it and have already rcv'd it.
When the seller tried to reopen and accept the offer thru the old ad so I could post feedback, it opened a new ad instead.
Do I make an offer again on his new ad ?? or is there a way for him to accept the offer on the old still.
Thank's, and enjoy the New Year............... Dan

First, you should NEVER send money or a trade item without the seller officially accepting your offer through the site and sending you an invoice using the administration tools available to them. If your offer is not accepted through the site, then there is no record of the transaction in our system and you cannot post or receive feedback.
The seller does not have to reopen the ad to accept your offer. Your offer is listed in their My Ads page. All they have to do is accept it, then they can generate the invoice. Given the seller has already created a new ad, you should post a new offer, so they can accept it using the site tools. Once this is completed you and they will be able to rate each other.

I'm guilty and pleading out.... I knew better[
]
He did say he kept getting an error of some sort when he tried to accept, but I sent him a note to try again and if it still does not work we will try the new / re posted ad.
Thanks again
