what do I do now ?

Default what do I do now ?

I ordered 5 servos from a rcu super seller I have all of the e-mails that were sent from both parties.
I have where he accepted my offer. I paid with money order and talked with him at the phone number that was listed on one of his e-mails.
The money order was delivered as per usps tracking delivered on the 10th of Jan ( I have tracking copy )
I Have tried to reach him by e-mail several times and by The phone number that he had given in the e-mail ( and talked with him earlier a week or so ago Jan 8th) and now the phone number is a wrong number ??
Now I have found out that he rejected my offer with revisions on rcu? I was never sent anything stating this ?? so I cant file abuse here ?? When I tried to file an abuse claim I have found that the e-mail address on here does not match th e-mail that the accepting e-mails came from??
So what do I do ?

I can supply all of the e-mails that were sent from RCU and both parties if needed. And the usps info from there tracking site.

I am sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member.

Please submit a fraud report using the form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page. This will open a formal complaint and allow us to track the situation.

JWN it is saying that (We found no ads in which you and (leaving name off for now ) engaged in any official offers or bids using the ad response tools provided on RCU. You may only report abuse in connection with transactions that are officially logged on RCU.

I"m guessing that since he rejected my offer with revisions this is why it wont let me report abuse or fraud. ( I just found this out today trying to file a fraud claim )
Like I stated earlier I never recieved any rejection e-mail from RCU??? I have all of the e-mails from RCU and from him and the following Correspondence if you would like them.
I'm just miffed that this has happened and it seems that I have no recorse to take

I looked at your offer history and found the following.

The seller rejected your offer by using the "Invite New Offer" tool. You should have received an email notice stating this. It is the one you received that included the sellers name, address and phone number. It appears the seller did this by accident instead of clicking on the Accept button. There were no revisions in that email. He only copied what you wrote in your offer, and added his name, address, etc.

What you should do is go back in to the ad, and make a new offer with the statement that you are doing so because he inadvertently rejected your original one. Also be sure to note that you have already sent payment and have documentation to show he has received it. Let's see if he doesn't finish up the deal as he has already agreed to.

Thank you I will do that.
I have looked at all of my e-mails and unless I am misunderstanding them I dont see one like that. I do have 2 with name, addy, phone number ,
etc.
I found out this afternoon that the money order was cashed the 14th. and I will have a hard copy in the next 3 to 6 days.
You wouldn't belive what they charge to get a copy and fax it to you.
I will keep you up to date when I know something.
