I bought a plane from the RC UNIVERSE MEMBER'S BARBARO ABOUT SEPTEMBER 27, 2008. THIS MEMBER LEFT ME HANGING THERE WAITING SEVERAL MONTHS ALLEDGING SOME MANY EXCUSES FOR NOT DELIVERING THE SIG RASCAL 40 PLANE I BOUGHT FROM HIM. LAST TIME HE TOLD ME THAT HE SHIPPED THE PLANE TO A FRIEND A MIAMI BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER TO SHIP THE PLANE FROM THIS PLACE TO PUERTO RICO.

TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PLANE AND IT APPEARS THAT HE WANTS TO KEEP MY MONEY THAT I PAID VIA PAYPAL.

I BELIEVE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING BY DELAYING SHIPPING OUT THE PLANE. AS FOLLOWS:

AFTER 30 DAYS I LOST MY RIGHTS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE I FILED LATE AGAINST THIS RC UNIVERSE MEMBER.

THE FACT IS THE I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH RC UNIVERSE AGAINST BARBARO HOWEVER RC UNIVERSE IS ALLOWING THIS RC MEMBER TO KEEP DOING BUSINESS.

I BELIEVE RC UNIVERSE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS RC UNIVERSE MEMBER(BARBARO) AND MAKE HIM COMPLY WITH THE RULES WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS.

NOW EVERY TIME I CALL BARBARO HE DOES NOT PICK THE PHONE AND IS AVOIDING TO TALK TO ME. BARBARO TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 5628814887.

PLEASE PROVIDE ADVICE??????
