HOW DO I MAKE A PRIVATE OFFER?

I HAVE MADE BUYING OFFERS AND THEY SHOW IN THE AD.
I do not want them to show.
I have looked everywhere for a setting and cannot find one to make my offer private. Yet it says buyers may choose. Where is it????????????//
