inserting pictures?

how in the heck do you insert pictures in the message?? I'm sure I'm missing something.

You can click the post reply button and you will see a Upload Images at the lower portion of the box, cant do it from Fast Reply.

Also if you have the link to an image you can click the IMAGE tag and insert link.
