RCU Forums - need help

ok in the past i made a trade with someone.and he told me it wanst what i said it was.so he wanted me to send him the money to upgrade it.and i did.i had to stop puting stuff on rcu because of him.i did everything i could to make it right.now if i place an add he jumps on and calls me a scammer. i didnt know what to do so i made a new name.the samething happened he saw that the new name was from the same town started harrasing me.now for the real bad part.i have a few friends that i told about rcu.now he is harrasing them.he is giveing people my real name and my adress.what can i do to stop this?my real name and adress is private atleast i thought it was. please help
