Unable to bid

Two screens tell me I am Market Authorized but I still cannot bid.

I'm logged in but I am still considered a "Basic Member". Looks like it's not updating.

In the forums the only upgrades that change your plaque from Basic Member to another are "Power, Plus or Platinum"
