I don't want to receive email notification every time somebody post some non sense. My email is full with junk mail as it is and I don't need any additional help. I have tried every option but the junk mail continues to come in . please help

All you have to do is click on the My RCU on the top of the page, then in there you will see the threads you are subscribed to, just click unsubscribe on the ones you dont want notification on.

and on future postings, on the right side or below of your post before submitting it you can select not to be subscribed to the thread.

I dont fully understand your question, you dont want to get the emails on the threads you have replied to right?

John I don't want any email from RCU period. I have already set up a filter at my email account to stop RCU email traffic. I can be reach with PM messages.

OK, so go through and unsubscribe to all the thread in the 'my RCU' page there.

Then when replying make sure the box in not checked next to email notification.

You can completely control what email you get and don't get form rcu without the need for any filters. Our system allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe to any thread or opt for mail on those you wish to get notice for. If you filter all rcu mail you may miss an important notice from time to time. I'd suggest using the control panel to handle your emails and subscriptions and if you want no mail it is easy to do using the tools here.
