error when accepting offer

I'm trying to accept an offer and I get "error on page" in the bottom left corner and nothing happens. What next?

I got around it. The "Submit" Buuton at the bottom was corupt and would not work, however, I was able to press the "enter" key on the keyboard and get to the next screen.

is this only on the same ad or different ones? just wondering if it is something peculiar to one ad
