Problem marking item sold...
 

Hello:

Last week, I received an offer for my items. I accepted the offer and have since rated the buyer, yet I cannot mark my ad "sold" I click the "mark it sold" button, and it takes me to the "view and respond to offers" page. In "My Market," the ad is marked as sold, but the ad itself will not close. I just want to make sure that my rating of the buyer will not be removed once this ad expires.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are seeing this problem because you listed 2 items for sale but the offer you accepted was for 1. When you accepted that offer for 1, the site removed 1 from the quantity available leaving 1 more to sell. When something like this happens, go ahead and use the Sold to non-RCU member option to close the ad.
