Unresolved complant!
 

I have an unresolved complant, I offered to refund the other party what else should I do?? Why would I have an unresolved complant when I tryed to resolve it and the other party wont he just wonts money, I thought I had the right to request the item back. Walmart wont give me money on a return if I don't return the item What the heck???

Have you received a response from the buyer after you told him you would refund his money upon receipt of the returned item?

Have you shipped the other party the money order and engine you stated would be included in the trade? If not, then he still has a valid complaint.
