Valley view rc engine ignition problem

Has anyone had problems with vvrc ignitions..my brand new 20re has noise coming from the ignition so bad it has my whole plane jittering higher the rpm the worse it gets...I pulled an old jc engines ignition from my junk drawer I replaced years ago because of frayed outer wire..mounted it in the same place as the new one and it ran like a top...

A friend of mine had similar problem. He ended up removing aVV 40cc twin and installing DLE 40

Mr Charlie at our field has the VVR twin and runs like a top. Another member bought the twin and I got the 20re last year...We been jittering every since..maybe there was a bad batch of ignitions..??
