How do/did you ship?

How do/did you ship?
I ordered a couple battery packs 8 days ago, the last friday, and have yet to receive them. 8 days is Not extremely long, but the thing that really bothers me is that according to the Maxamps website - they were shipped to me on Wednesday (meaning you shipped them out?), and I have yet to receive them.
That's 3 days? How can it take longer than 3 days? I live 50 Minutes away from the Maxamps manufacturing plant (main building).
I have had parts shipped to me overnight with standard shipping. What could possibly make this take so long?
If I selected "Standard Shipping", what service would you use to ship my packs? UPS Ground or USPS priority?
Was I supposed to get a tracking number?

If it was standard shipping then it should have gone USPS. If you live so close why not call the shop and speak to the shipping department directly on Monday they should have a tracking number and they can then see where the order is if it did ship. 1-888-654-4450
