When is my order going to ship
 

Its been 2 weeks and no email was sent to tell me the order has shipped.

I ordered 2 ni-mh batteries over 2 weeks ago. This past week i sent an email and the reply was it hasnt shipped yet and an email will be sent when the package is shipped.

Sorry Mike I replied the other day but I see I forgot to hit "OK" or something...........anyways I ran the order number by the boss and it should have gone out this week...........The boss had hired 3 new guys in production and as of Tuesday..........production time to shipping out was five days...........and this should be back to the normal of 48hours or so in a few weeks. Please be patient we order our cells in and don't let them sit on a shelf..........when they come in they get built into packs and out the door they go...........fresh! Not a pack that has sat on a store shelf for a year or more.

I still havent received the email that they have shipped. At end of buss tommorrow it will be 3 week.
