Thumbs up Now replied to emails from Gaspar/Jets-munt/Xicoy

I have an issue with my Brand New Merlin 140xbl

It has started once but will not start again! I have tried everything but the Kero just will not ignite I get a message on the terminal saying "IGN FAIL"

I have emailed info at Jetsmunt, Sonia at Xicoy and sent a message via the contact page but have had no reply

I just want to arrange return of the engine so that it can be fixed, it's very frustrating having spent SO much money on a new turbine, to be grounded at this stage!

Anyone had problems getting through to Gaspar/Jetsmunt?

I have checked all our emails (Xicoy, Sonia and JetsMunt) and we don't have received any email from you, besides the one you sent this morning to my personal Xicoy account, that has been already replied one hour ago, you should have received it. The only emails older than this one that I have found from you are dated in March.

You could have also contacted your local dealer, this is the faster way to have immediate support.

BTW, JetsMunt will close for summer holidays from this Friday for 2 weeks, please don't send the engine until the 20th.

Thank you very much for the reply. The other emails must be floating around the internet somewhere...???

I have contacted my UK dealer (ZedJets) and he said it would be better to contact you directly and send the Turbine to you myself. Unfortunately the quotes I am getting for shipping with insurance are around £150 GBP (215 Euro) .

Do you have a recommended courier that you use so that it isn't SO expensive?

I would be grateful for any help you can give me.

PS. Can you confirm that you have received a reply from the email you sent this morning? Thanks.

Just an update,

Gaspar has replied to my emails and it is being sorted...!

It looks like Jets-Munt are living up to the reputation of having Excellent Customer Service...

Just an update on this thread...

Gaspar arranged for the engine to be collected just before they closed for summer, I received it back a week after they opened again and it is working perfectly!

really pleased & EXCELLENT service!
