Default ECU keeps starter motor on - FADEC V10

I have a FADEC V10 ECU that is putting full power to the starter motor as soon as the battery is plugged in.
Is there a part on the circuit board that can be replaced by me or would the ECU need to be sent in or replaced?

Check to make sure that your wiring harness is connected correctly. If the battery plug is plugged into the ECU and you connect a battery to the pump connector it will do that.
A friend had this happen on his Kingtech with a V10 Fadec.

Well I was hoping someone had an at home fix for a component on the circuit board similar to the older JetCat ECU's.
I just sent my ECU in for repair today. Wiring was fine, something went on the start circuit in the ECU (apparently a known issue)
