Max RPM values for 32 and 36 lbs of thrust on a 200 xbl

Anyone have an idea of what max rpm values to use if I wanted to have a 200 xbl put out 32 and 36 lbs of thrust? Numbers to effectively make it a 140 or 160ish range turbine.

If you email JM they should be able to help with a good number, only worry is the rpms for that kind of thrust may be to low for the 200.
