Is the gyro scope broken?

I recently purchased a Dromida Ominus, One day it took quite a hard crash and broke an arm. after replacing the frame i re cailibrated the control board.
Since then the quad copter won't fly properly, it will take off but then tilt and spin, after a few seconds only two of the props spin.
I have tried re calibrating multiple times and have tried nearly every trim setting but no hope.

I have contacted the place i bought it but i am still waiting to hear back.
i posted here because i wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem like this and could be fixed instead of returning it.

Thanks

Either the board is toast or maybe you plugged in the motors to the wrong spot. Do you have the board facing the same way the old one did?

Just checked and it only fits one way in the frame, the motors are also spinning in the correct direction.

Are the spur gears broken, stripped, worn-out? Are they tight on the prop shafts?
Are the motor pinions worn out or loose on the motor shafts?
Is there excessive slop between the spur and pinion gears?
Are the props tight on the prop shafts?
Do you have to correct prop on the correct motor?

FlyInWalenda, you are a genius!
Turns out the two front props and motors were swapped :(
So they were spinning the same direction as picture on the prop but the opposite to what they should be spinning.

Thanks everyone for the help, I was just about to send it back for a replacement board!

Glad to read you got it fixed. I know sometimes the simplest problem can be really frustrating especially on quads
