Default MVVS 45 Low Suction Power

I have difficulties to start my engine due to low suction for the fuel. I can say every time I want to make first flight, I have to flip about 30-40 times for the carb to get wet, then only it will start. I have checked and changed my diaphragm, check my tubing everything seems to be fine. Also did checked for the vacumn hose. Once it run, then no problem.

check your choke for good closing. (no false air allowed)
Check the pulse line and nipple. They sometimes leak.
Check if regulating lever is flush with carb body.
Only lightly tighten the carb cover screws. Too much torque will distort the diaphragms.
Check intake membrane valves
Check if fuel line to carb leaks (will hold vacuum)

carb rebuild:
pump valve membrane next to carb body, then the gasket.
regulating diaphragm: gasket next to body, then the diaphragm.

I have sometimes found that opening the throttle wide and then choking works, this is if you have completly emptied the tank from the last flight.

Just a suggestion

Half throttle would also work well, since it allows full vacuum inside the whole of the carb's intake duct.

I have check everything and change the diapghrm but still. I prime with full throttle open (ignition off) but still same thing happen. What I've done was before every first flight, I have to completely close the choke valve with my finger and someone help to prime until it get wet, that's the only way i can do ringht now, for 2nd flight onward, its easy to start.
