MVVS 91 POWER...
 

Hello Friends! I have a MVVS in a Summit 3 for performing F3A pattern. Even this is a small plane, It needs more power. I am using an APC 13x8 with 0% nitro (...) and a standar 3255 muffler. The fact is that everybody in the flying field says that the engine "is not good". The truth is that I really love it and I don´t want to sell the engine. I will try everything to make it run ok. Thank you very much!!! (and sory for my english!)

When the .60 is good for a 14x7 prop, what do you think you need for the .90?
try a 15x8 to 16x6 prop and see what happens.
The 3255 is not the right muffler. You should use the 3250 or 3253 if you need power.

I want to tell you that when i bought my engine, the dealer told me that the apropiated propellers for this engine was 13x7 to 13x9. That is why I´m using it. But when I started flying, I realized that this wasn´t the right choice.
I will try with a 15x8, with the 3253 muffler.
