I recently purchased a arf sukoi 100cc aircraft from nitro models made by flyworldmodels and recieved the plane in a undamaged double box and upon inspection found a damaged right airleron.I contacted nitromodels and they wanted pictures sent showing damages.I dont have a digital camera so that didnt happen.I tried emailing flyworldmodels and both emails failed. I recontacted nitromodels and they explain to me that it would take WEEKS to order one if i paid for it.There is no customer support in my opinion from either one of these companies.BUYER BEWARE is all i can say and i will let everybody that i can think of to let them know of what type of bussiness these companies are doing to us modlers.I will never buy from either one again and hope that this information helps someone else from getting ripped off.
