Lack of customer service..nobody there !!
I've tried numerous times during the past week, on all of the numbers listed, even the chat room is down too !
I did get one email back a week ago saying call customer service/support.....nobody answers the telephone ever ! just spent 10 minutes as number one in the queue. Price is great for what you get, but the follow on really spoils the purchase. I'm trying to purchase upgrades for 2 aircraft..no warranty or request for replacements, just have money and wanting to spend some of it. Guess I'll try the LHS, like I should have in the first place.....
