Nitroplanes Replacement Issue

Eric, My new Ultimate 50CC Bipe came with a crushed canopy. You and I were in a CHAT yesterday and the chat was terminated before anything was resolved. I've spoken with Tiffany , she issued a ticket number 1542342, but I"ve seen or heard nothing. I'm asking as a loyal customer to ship out the canopy right away as I'm going to be ready to fly next week. This is my 2nd 50CC bipe from you folks along with other planes. I'm hoping you'll take some action in this issue. Also (2) of the arms for the wings were missing. (The bolt that goes through the alerons with the hardware.) Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
