Personaly, I haven't, but a buddie in our club is putting one together right now. It's an awsum looking plane. Considering all points, with a little extra work ( more CA here, a little epoxy there) it looks to be very well built. Covering is all tight, everything lines up, everything fits as it should. If it was mine, I'd epoxy an extra piece of 1/8" lite ply right over the firewall to strengthen the engine area. It's probably not necessary, I'm just particular. Other than that, I think it is going to be a great plane for him. If I didn't already have too many planes in my hanger,( is that possible?) I would definitley buy one. Don't know if this helps or not. If you're in a hurry to hear about the maiden flite, don't be, this guy is as slow as great grandpa in the winter. It'll take him 2- 3 weeks to put the ARF together.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to question outdoorhunting. Your description of the plane sounds like it will be a Winner.

Does it have a "pull-pull" rudder?

I just bought one and it's in the mail. Interested to see how these two worked out. Also if anyone else has any experience with this plane what engine prop combo goes well for 3d. Does anyone think a .60 2c is too drastic?

But fella's they are cheap that makes up for all the stuff missing don't it. Still don't understand folks that won't read the posts of how bad of service, parts missing, parts that have to be replaced, all the details are here to be read, and still you folks buy these planes from NITRO. WHY WHY WHY do you do that. Yeah the ad's look good and the price is good. But if you had just paid attention to these posts, you maybe would not resort to buying from a company you can't trust to send you anything and it not be broken or just wrong.
But you bought them anyway and now they are about worthless. How much did you save?

Fella's please just read some posts before buying. It is buyer beware and that is from there most dedicated buyers. They have been in the same boat as you and still buy from them. That says alot about a person as they say rofl. JUST READ BEFORE BUYING then actually save money and don't buy a NITRO, CMP product.

OH I will help some most planes CG very close to the main spar. Starting there should get you close enough to figure out which way you need to go from there. This is just a guess but without any info then starting at the main spar might get you into a flying range but be very carefull as this is just a starting point.

I built mine a few months ago and It went together very well. It is built and planned out much better than most other planes you can get from NitroPlanes. I put a Saito 100 on it and it came out at 6.25 lbs. Have not flown it yet though. No idea what the CG should be. Does any body have a good idea what the CG should be yet?

Thank you Sir. Not sure if you have anything to do with it, but That kind of thing should absolutely not be left out of the manual. Heck I'd be happy if that were the only thing in the manual. Thanks again.
