Exceed F-35 and DX6i
Help..I am still not getting how you set up the DX6i for the Exceed F-35? On the TX i went to elevon select, and still no luck, could somebody please take me by the hand and tell me what I am doing wrong? The aircraft is Exceed F-35 with the control rod linking the aielrons and stabilator! The radio is the Spektrum DX6i!! If anyone could help me I would be eternely grateful. Happy Landings

What are you trying to get it to do? May need to go to flaperon instead. Depends on what your trying to set up. Don't know much about the F35 though. Try the manuel that came with the radio. What is a stabilator? See don't know much about them but know some about the transmitters.

HI Kid Chuckles.......the f-35 has a servo on each side of the fuselage and on the cotrol horn there is a rod that connects the ailerons to the stabilator (elevator) I am tring to get the servos to follow the movement of the stick on the TX for aileron and elevator tied together I have tried the elevon function on the TX but it isnt working right? Does this help....any help would be greatly appreciated

Your TX needs ELEVON mixing turned on.
See the WINGTAILMIX section on page 43, 44 & 45 of your manual.
An even better solution is to go ahead and install two additional servos as I've outlined on other threads. One will need to be reversed.
This will give you much better control of the plane.
Do NOT forget about breaking in the EDF itself.
