Where is my order???
I order some planes months ago. Received some but others were on back order. They charged my CC for the full amount.
Never received my BO planes. Tired of waiting on hold day after day. Sent email-no response.

This is a "user helping user" forum, where Nitroplanes checks in on every so often.
I'd suggest sending a PM message to John ( nitrostaff1 ) here along with your order number.
I would also suggest seeing if there is a different plane they can substitute for the one you did not receive.
Sometimes the manufacturers can be months between re-sending the same plane if it is out of stock.
