I wanted to make sure "Paul" from your telephone tech support, gets a pat on the back for a job well done. Spoke w/ him a couple of minutes ago, and am very satisfied with his professionalism, and thoroughness. I fear my parts request will be in vain, but am still holding out hope. On a side note, is the "parts request" thread still in use? I have posted a couple of requests, that seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I hope at least someone from Nitroplanes reads this!
