Nitro Planes support issues
 

Hi I have tried and tried to get a hold of someone at the numbers given at your website to no avail. Always says the lines are busy,if your that busy add another phone line or two.
I purchased an AreoSky Sbach and the way it came in the box is unflyable due to warped ailerons that can't be fixed W/O being replaced.
Some help in this would be greatly appreciated.
