It seems that whenever I view a company forum I see a long list of complaint threads. I believe a company should be told when they're doing something right as well.

I have never ordered anything from NitroModels, but I thought I would give them a try since my usual source did not have what I was looking for. I visited their website and was easily able to order my airplane. I was promptly sent a confirmation email with order and UPS tracking numbers. My order was filled and sent for shipping well within 24 hours. I received the package today. It was packaged in a properly sized and THICK box, and my order was undamaged. The package actually showed up two days early, so UPS did their part well too.

The item is of good quality and it was sold for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to order from NitroModels again. I'm a particular guy, and it's hard to impress me. I'm impressed! :D
