Control throws for Ultimate 40 Bipe
 

Just finished my Ultimate 40 Bipe. What are you guys out there using for high and low rates.

IMHO: It's hard to get TOO MUCH throw out of the ailerons on this plane.

Maximize the throws and then set your TX to use about 60% of this for the low rates with about 20-25% expo and full travel for the high rates at 50% expo.

For the elevator use the recommended setting for the low rates at about 35% expo, and about 1/2" or so MORE for the high rates with 50% expo.

For the rudder again use the recommended setting for low rates, but at 15% expo and ALMOST as much as you can get for high rates at 50% expo.

Fly the plane with low rates and once you have it trimmed out ( BE PREPARED! ), and HIGH in the air, try out the high rates to determine if you want less.
