yak 54 .50 red
 

I recently purchased the Yak 54 .50 red, No problems building but after removing the covering from the H-stab to install it, I though the balsa was very soft. Today after all the checks were made I put one leg in front of the H-stab and gave full left rudder, ran the motor up to full throttle (YS63) Suddlenly the plane shoots forward and the entire right side of the H-stab broke off. glad I didn't put it up. Funny thing is that on the box it says new and improved tail feathers. If that is so,.
I would hate to have seen the others . I hope Nitro models will replace the broken one.
