i ordered a a-10 warthog from you all for the first time.
New 2008 4 CH A-10 GL603-1_A10_Camo 1 95.00
Thunderbolt II Radio
Remote Control Electric
Ducted Fan RC Fighter Jet
RTF (Camo)

the money is gone from my credit card.
but my credit card company say's no such purchase has appeared.

i tried calling this company 40 time's apparently none answer a phone.

so any idea's what's going on here guy's?

You'll need to post your actual order number.

BTW: When you perform a credit card transaction, the billing company often "reserves" the amount of money from the credit card company. ( I'm simplifying the whole thing ).

This means that they are basically telling the CC company that "this amount is about to be processed".

It APPEARS to you as if the money has been removed from the card, but in fact it has not.

If and when the transaction is processed the actual exchange shows up.

If the transaction never occurs, the "reserved" money is deallocated, usually within 1-2 weeks.

All of this is done to prevent fraud...

Now all of that said, you SHOULD have received an e-mail from Nitroplanes within 15 minutes of putting in your order.

If you did not, then either your spam blocker caught the message, or the order never went through.

The CC processing is handled by Yahoo's servers so there can be some disparity between the two...

the fund is gone because the hold has been applied on the purshase. credit card company told you no such purschase because it's not realtime. You can't expect us to take your order online and ship the next 5 minutes.
