Can you check on order# 435017??

Ordered 9/25 and still not shipped, per the UPS site.

4 emails to customer service, nothing but form letter response ("We shall do as you request" , etc, etc)

We've emailed you reguarding this order. The nose cone is sold out for now. I'll send you the canopy first and once the nose cone is in I'll send that to you.

All well and good, but the email I received said they did not have a black nose cone, but did have blue ones, so I replied and told them to ship a blue one. I received an email saying they would do just that. Now you say all of them are out of stock???? The site still shows the blue nose cones in stock!!!

I need an F4 nosecone, and the color does not matter. I will paint it black!! Please expedite.

(BTW, the Giles canopy I ordered is for the second time - the first canopy they sent was for the large 67" Giles, not the .40 sized 3D one I need. Sounds like you guys could use a few more "fixers" like you!

The canopy is correct this time. Yes you are right they did have a nose cone for you and it's in blue. A second package is on the way.
