cap 232 cg
 

I purchased a cap 232 15 size from nm. Does anyone know the cg for this model. The instructions state 30 to 40 mm from the leading edge. The picture shows the plane rightside up. I know you check the cg of a low wing upsidedown so I adjusted the cg within this range and the airplane is un-flyable. WAY to nose heavy. I tried adding weight and moving stuff inside to shift the cg but no success. I'm now changing out the nitro motor for electric (much lighter) but still need to know the proper cg....

which cap do you have? when you measure the CG also need to move down the wing out towards the wing tip a little as well.

I purchased the 36.6" wingspan model. .15 to .25 size engine

NO problem. I've request the confirmation of the CG to the manufactuer and I'll get back to you.
