I think I would like a refund. That is just bad business.

Where is the "bad" business" at ??? # 1 You ordered a product from a business. OK #2 the business notified you that they were out of stock, #3 they listed the order number (so there would be no confussion), #4 the kit model number, (again no confusion) OK. #5 length of time they estimate it to be out of stock. #6They gave you total choice on which way you wanted to solve the problem, (that seems to be fair.) #7 It looks like a tracking # was issued, so apparently they didn't know it was out of stock until the paperwork was generated. Where is the bad business practice. If you don't like the whole deal, just let them know you want a refund. Case solved.

I did my part. I PAYED!!! I purchased an item that was in stock. They notified me after they took my money. Maybe not charge customer for a product that not sure they can follow through with till they know it's in stock. Length of time it will be out of stock when scheduled del. for 9/14 of this year. That's alot of screwing around from my point of view. Hopely I get my refund and when I ordered it was suppose to be in stock. Bad business is screwing a customer around. I'm a business owner also and don't like to blow smoke to my customers and waste their time.I purchased from them before and had issues but never said anything. Bottom line would have been no problem if it was out of stock. I payed for item that was in stock. Time is money to me. I'm a good guy but don't screw me around.</p>

Just remember if we screw up we are going to get charged for it. Nitrorcx a couple months ago sent me a used canopy. My son wanted a new canopy or body what ever you want to call it for his rc car. Was suppose to be a new one but sent me a used scratched up one. That is also bad business in my point of view but guess what I never said anything. I just never bought another thing from them. I will shut up now. I guess I'll have to ban me from this online junk.

Normally that is exactly what they do.

The charge is not put in until the item is about to be shipped.

However on occasion they may discover a problem with the unit that is about to be shipped, while there are no others available and so you will get an e-mail like you did.

You then have the option of getting a chargeback refund or waiting for the missing items, both of which were offered to you.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

That is not "bad business".

I don't think this is bad business, they just happen to be out of stock and are more then willing to give you a full refund or ship it when it comes in. If they said we are gonna take your money and you will just have to wait until it comes in to stock and we dont have any idea when that will happen then that would be bad business. It's not like they can update their webpages ever 10 minuets; perhaps when you ordered it, it just happen to go out of stock. That's just bad luck.

I ordered a RC Landers Hunter over Labor Day. The product description stated that it came with suspension landing gear for $129.95. The website indicated it was in stock at the time I placed and paid for my order. I looked at the website a few days later and the description was modified to state no landing gear included in bright red lettering and subsequently bannered with the "SOLD OUT!!!" sign. Nitro Planes then called me and told me the plane was out of stock and that I could take another plane that was in stock. I asked about waiting on a restock of the one I ordered and was told I could do that if I wanted but it would be at least 4 weeks. I initially said I would wait on a restock and then later tried to change the order to a Panther for the exact same price. After 15 minutes of trying to get the order changed and several emails I asked that my order be canceled and a refund issued. Hopefully it comes in soon. Not bad business per say but seeing the original description changed multiple times and then having a hard time trying to change the order to the Panther it just didn't feel right. My guess is that the original ad was incorrect in stating the suspension gear was included and when this was discovered the description was changed and was marked as sold out so they would not have to make good on including the suspension gear. I'm sure there are thousand of satisfied customers but this is my first and last dealing with this company. BTW my invoice clearly states suspension gear included.

The ad that I purchased under stated "suspension gear" at the top and obviously as a selling point which is different and an upgrade from what is now being advertised. My post is not to spark a debate as I've been there and done that, just my experience with this company. I also realize they are advertising one other sold out Hunter and in the middle of the description it mentions coming with suspension gear but the pictures show the regular gear. The fact is the descriptions of the Hunters changed multiple times in a few short days which I realize is the company's prerogative but it does give one an uneasy feeling.

Yes it was a mistake on our part for listing it as plane offered with suspension but in fact it does not. Re realized this mistake and therefore we have made the change already. What's your order number so I can take a look. We we shipped the plane to you already we'll take it back for refund.
