Hawk Sky BATTERY ISSUE
 

Bought this during the "black Friday" deal. On that note, the ad said 50% off planes, but I didn't see any that much off.

Anyway...the battery that came with the plane is DOA, will not charge. Itried it on their charger, and another of mine.

Any idea how Ican get a reaplcement through them without sending the whole package back?

I doubt you need to send anything back.

He was on here last night, and sometimes he doesn't jump back on but every few days, so do not expect an immediate response, however this is the best way to deal with things.

Click on his name on the left ( Nitrostaff1 )

And on the new window that appears, in the middle look for the "PM" cartoon type balloon, to send him a message.

He is very good about dealing with things like this.

Make sure you include your on-line order number ( usually begins with YSTxxx ) as this will be his first question to you. He'll refer to your order to determine what you purchased.

This will save you from a set of back and forth messages which might incur further delays.
