This is the second day I spent several mins listening to some dumb music on you support line.
25 mins yesterday
30 mins today.
THIS IS CRAZY.........
I bought a Cessna 421 with a smashed canopy. All I am asking for is a new one. I PM John with no response.
WHAT'S NEXT?????
I leave for vacation tomorrow (Thursday) I was hoping to have a new canopy sitting on my porch when I return. "Don't think that will happen"

Needless to say...... I NOT HAPPY.
This is my 3rd Nitroplanes model and I had no issues Wondering if it's my last????

Patience, you only posted yesterday... you need to allow a few days for a response.

Like I mentioned, John doesn't get on here every day, but when he is, he's quite busy taking care of people, you included!

hey... i recently bought a 6ch exceed fs transmitter and receiver...

i know this is the wrong forum but...

what kind of battery do i need to get for the receiver?
the thing came with no instructions and the manual i found online did not specify these things...

The Exceed receiver receiver expects to see between 4.6v to 6v.

I ordered last week, but no shipping, no email. Sent email in the middle of the night then another saying it would be two or three days before someone would get back with me.

If there were no problems with your credit card processing, you would have received an order number within minutes of placing your order.

If you did not receive the e-mail assume that your order did not go through.

Hi john or opjose hope all is well just was wondering if you have a link to get the manual for the TOPFIRE radio system it is a 4channel 2.4ghz it would be much apreciated if you could link that to me I now you guys are busy but it did not come with the kit again thank you and have a great day
