Dynam A-10 servos reversed?
I ordered the Dynam A-10 a week ago and I noticed that the aileron and elevator controls are reversed. I guess I could just turn the TX upside down and fly it, but Id rather not if I can fix it.
I know most TXs have dip switches to reverse the control of the servos, but this TX does not seem to have any, just on and off switches, which is odd. I believe that if Iswitch some wires around inside the TX, it will work properly, but Im not sure which color wires coming off the sticks are what. If it gets too complicated, I may just end up ordering the 6ch TX that actually has the dip switches I need. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you! |
RE: Dynam A-10 servos reversed?
No you do not reverse the servos by "switching some wires around"
Please define what you mean by "reversed". Are you saying that the control surfaces move in the opposite directions that they are supposed to? Or do you mean that when you move the aileron control on the TX, the elevator moves instead? For the former, there is a reversing switch somewhere on the TX. Mine had a bunch of switches on the front. Some have them in the battery compartment. For the latter you need to exchange the elevator and aileron connectors on the RX. That's it. |
RE: Dynam A-10 servos reversed?
I pull down on the stick and the elevators go down, push up elevators go up.
I push left on the stick and the ailerons react to fly right and vice versa. controls are reversed for each individual channel I should have said. There are no switches on the TX oddly enough. Only on and off switches. |
RE: Dynam A-10 servos reversed?
If you haven't found out by now, the on off switches on the front of your transmitter do not turn on and off the servo but reverse the direction of travel.
