3D Hawk Foamy

Just bought the 3D Hawk foamy... great value btw... but LOUSY instructions. Anyone build one and have any tips? Like the right CG and throws and what not? I've got quite a few bigger planes but never played with one of these, and prefer not to smash it up on maiden flight.

Also... can I get some details on programming the ESC. I tried the Volcano guide but the beeps aren't lining up. My throttle apparantly was reversed sending it into PROGRAM mode. Any RESET feature?

use hot glue everywhere.
