Default OS FS 200 S, Oil in the crankcase

I have OS FS 200 S, flew for fun fly about 20 liters of 80/20 methanol /oil with 0% nitro with no any problem. easily started on with a 17x10 propeller @ 7800 rpm.
currently cleared an engine, in the crankcase there are plenty of clean oil (almost 1/4 part of crankcase)
This is normal for OS FS200S ? or any problem with my engine?
Note, before the disassembled engine runs fine.

Best regards

It is normal to find oil in the crankcase of any model engine. There's always some that doesn't go out the vent.

Hi Bax..

Thanks for your fast respond and your explanation
I was surprised to see a lot of oil in the crankcase (such as 4 stroke gasoline engines in general).
so the engine will last longer because it submerged in oil so good lubricating and better anti-corrosion as I saw in my engine
After the engine is reassembled, and the engine running perfectly again without any problems.

Best regards

The oil residue is actually not good for storage. It contains combustion products, which are somewhat corrosive. When done flying for the day, you want to flood the lower-end of the engine with a good-quality after-run product to prevent corrosion.
