Default O&S .61 four stroke sleeve removal

I am working on a .61 four stroke O&S that is really gummed up. I am having a problem getting the sleeve liner out to replace the bearings. How hot should I heat the case for the sleeve to fall out? If it does not fall out what then? I noticed the bearings on the cam are not looking too good either, will heating cause them to fall out also? The one on the inside of the engine concerns me the most as it is impossible to get at. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.....

The liner should be able to slide out with hand pressure. However, if it's stuck, you can heat the crankcase a bit. Don't get it so hot it starts to smoke off the oil. About 250 degrees or so should be OK. That temperature should also allow you to knock out the cam bearing. Just rap the open end of the cam housing against a piece of 2 x 4.
