Default GF30 Carb leaks around the rotor at the body is this normal?

I have a GF30 that runs ok but is somewhat erratic. it has 25 10 min flights on it and requires some tuning of the high needle daily.
I have notice some air bubbles in the line between the pump and the carb. when the rotor is closed to idle and the prop is turned by hand there are air bubbles and a small amount of fuel that seep out of the joint between the rotor and the carb body. should I send this engine in or is this normal?

We'll check it out when it gets here. You should not get bubbles in the fuel line. Some leakage may happen, but it shouldn't be much.
