Default O.S. .46 SF Max Restorations; HELP!

Rebuilding two O.S. .46 SF ABN engines. Miked compressed rear gaskets (20 years old) roughly .009 and I have a chance at some Vellumoid gasket material at .006, .010, .015, .030, .047, .060, .093, .125; any recommendation as to proper O.S. rear 2 stroke back plate gasket? Opportunity is slowly sailing by and I'm in the dark since my sources of info are very limited.

We've used regular parchment paper that bakers use. We've used regular white notecard stock for gaskets. For the rear cover it's not at all critical. You just want something to make a reasonable seal.

Thanks so much Bax. Been 20 years since I last cleaned and re-bearings or repaired any of my O.S. stuff. Big difference when the parts rack; heck the whole hobby shop is gone now! So glad folks will share their knowledge.
