Adding After run without a crank vent
 

Please help. I hane an OS 120III without the crank case vent. I ran in the engine for the 1st time to day and thought I would remove the plug and insert some after run oil. I did just that however when I turn the prop it squirts back out (and all over the inside of the cowl). If I add the oil then insert the plug I cant turn the prop reguardless of how little amount of oil I use. How is anything getting to the bearings?

When you put oil into the cylinder, it can prevent the engine from turning over. You inject after-run oil into the fitting that's on the back of the cam case. Just pull the tubing that goes from there to the intake manifold, and add your oil into the crankcase at that point.

How do you do this with the cowling on? Is there some kind of Kwik fueler valve connection? Thanks for all the info.

You'll just have to add an adaptor, or access to get to that part of the engine. A "T" fitting won't do the job because you'd wind up forcing oil into the manifold and it would run out of the carburetor.
